About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Wellbeing and Rewards Analyst to join our team at Securian Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our employee experience by developing and implementing wellbeing programs and reward strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Manager, Wellbeing and Rewards to design and manage innovative wellbeing programs that promote physical, mental, and financial health.
  • Assist with reward and recognition programs that drive employee engagement and retention.
  • Analyze data related to wellbeing and rewards programs, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with various teams to foster a culture of inclusivity, innovation, and engagement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our programs are competitive and effective.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure the success of wellbeing and rewards initiatives.
  • Produce clear and engaging communications to promote program awareness and participation.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to source and manage wellbeing and rewards services.
  • Prepare regular reports on program performance and employee participation.
  • Ensure all programs comply with relevant legislation and support our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Completion or working towards CCP and/or CEBS designation.
  • Minimum of 5+ years relevant experience in wellbeing, compensation, benefits, and total rewards programs.
  • Exceptional ability to analyze data and present insights in a digestible format.
  • Advanced proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet, and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and research skills, and strong attention to detail.
