Key Responsibilities- Partner with the Manager, Wellbeing and Rewards to design and manage innovative wellbeing programs that promote physical, mental, and financial health.
- Assist with reward and recognition programs that drive employee engagement and retention.
- Analyze data related to wellbeing and rewards programs, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with various teams to foster a culture of inclusivity, innovation, and engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our programs are competitive and effective.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure the success of wellbeing and rewards initiatives.
- Produce clear and engaging communications to promote program awareness and participation.
- Collaborate with external vendors to source and manage wellbeing and rewards services.
- Prepare regular reports on program performance and employee participation.
- Ensure all programs comply with relevant legislation and support our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Completion or working towards CCP and/or CEBS designation.
- Minimum of 5+ years relevant experience in wellbeing, compensation, benefits, and total rewards programs.
- Exceptional ability to analyze data and present insights in a digestible format.
- Advanced proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet, and HRIS systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload.
- Strong problem-solving skills and research skills, and strong attention to detail.
