About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is the cornerstone of Citco's operations, recognized for delivering exceptional alternative asset and accounting services. Our ongoing investment in technology and professional development ensures that our team is equipped to provide a seamless experience for our clients.



Your Role:

  • Lead a skilled team managing a diverse portfolio of complex hedge funds and clients, fostering collaboration with colleagues across Citco's global offices.
  • Oversee daily and weekly profit and loss/NAV estimates.
  • Review and validate monthly and weekly NAV accounting tasks.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding the preparation of monthly reporting packages.
  • Coordinate with auditors on relevant matters.
  • Address client inquiries and provide timely responses to various issues.
  • Evaluate administrative and accounting processes, recommending enhancements for improved NAV production efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) with clients and other Citco offices.
  • Negotiate SLAs with clients and internal teams.
  • Assist in the setup, conversion, and migration of new funds.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients.
  • Adhere to all internal and external audit standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date control checklists and ensure their effective use.
  • Collaborate with fellow managers to optimize staff allocation and workflow.
  • Keep senior management informed of significant issues impacting deliverables.
  • Contribute to the implementation of training programs.
  • Assist with ad hoc reporting requests and operational metrics as required by management.


About You:

  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, or a related field, or possess an accounting qualification.
  • You have over 5 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on accounting for hedge or mutual funds and investment companies.
  • You bring 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
  • You possess a solid understanding of accounting entries and allocations.
  • Your communication skills, both written and verbal, are excellent.
  • You demonstrate strong financial reporting, analytical, and organizational abilities.
  • You exhibit leadership qualities and can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • You have a solid grasp of product knowledge, including domestic, global, and OTC security markets, as well as fixed income and derivative products.
  • You excel in customer relationship management.
  • You possess strong analytical skills.
  • You have experience with systems implementations and workflow process improvements.
  • You are proficient in Excel.
