About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration stands at the heart of Citco's operations, recognized for its superior alternative asset and accounting services. Our ongoing investment in technology and professional development ensures that our team is equipped to provide an exceptional client experience.



Your Role:

  • Lead a skilled team managing a diverse portfolio of complex hedge funds and clients while maintaining strong client relationships and collaborating with colleagues across Citco's global offices.
  • Oversee the preparation of Daily/Weekly Profit and Loss/NAV estimates.
  • Review Monthly/Weekly NAV accounting processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding the monthly reporting package.
  • Coordinate with auditors on relevant matters.
  • Address client inquiries and provide timely responses to various issues.
  • Evaluate administrative and accounting procedures, recommending enhancements for a more efficient NAV production process.
  • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with clients and other Citco offices.
  • Negotiate SLAs with clients and other Citco offices.
  • Assist in the setup, conversion, and migration of new funds.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients.
  • Maintain adherence to internal and external audit standards.
  • Ensure all control checklists are current and utilized effectively.
  • Collaborate with fellow managers to optimize staff allocation and workflow.
  • Keep Senior Management informed of significant issues impacting deliverables.
  • Contribute to the implementation of training initiatives.
  • Assist with ad hoc reporting requests and operational metrics as required by management.


About You:

  • You possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, or a related field, or hold an accounting qualification.
  • You have over 5 years of experience in financial services, particularly in accounting for hedge funds or investment companies.
  • You bring 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
  • You have a solid grasp of accounting entries and allocations.
  • Your communication skills, both written and verbal, are excellent.
  • You demonstrate strong financial reporting, analytical, and organizational abilities.
  • You exhibit proven leadership skills.
  • You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
  • You possess knowledge of domestic, global, and OTC security markets, as well as fixed income and derivative products.
  • You have strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Your analytical skills are well-developed.
  • You have experience with systems implementations and workflow process improvements.
  • You are proficient in Excel.
