QUALIFICATIONS: Education, Training And Experience

Completion of a recognized nursing program or a combination of relevant education, training, and experience. Registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant is required. Current certification as a Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Instructor and CPR Basic Rescuer is essential. Graduation from a recognized neonatal nursing specialty program or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is necessary. A minimum of five years of recent clinical experience in a tertiary NICU setting is expected. A valid BC Driver's License is also required.
