Job Summary:
TOTEM recruteur de talent is seeking a highly skilled Audiovisual Technician to join our team. As an Audiovisual Technician, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the audiovisual equipment and systems at our client's hotel complex.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure audiovisual equipment and systems in meeting rooms and event spaces
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients during their stay
- Manage and maintain the hotel's audiovisual systems, including troubleshooting and repairing equipment
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure seamless operations
- Act as a technical resource for the sales team
- Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding expectations and meeting customer needs
- Maintain a professional image in all aspects of work
- Stay up-to-date with the latest audiovisual technologies
Requirements:
- Expertise in audio and video systems, video conferencing, and lighting
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and software
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
