Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Autodesk. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, ensuring they get the most out of our AutoCAD Plant 3D and AutoCAD core products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide solutions, direction, and general troubleshooting for AutoCAD Plant 3D and AutoCAD core products via phone, chat, and web
  • Document support interactions in a company-wide case management system
  • Advance unresolved issues to senior staff as required
  • Research, verify, and document product defects
  • Actively handle personal backlog of support requests
  • Manage customer and partner expectations by providing timely updates on progress
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience using Autodesk AutoCAD Plant 3D
  • Strong customer service, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Additional language skills with Spanish, French or Portuguese are advantageous
  • Experience using other AutoCAD Toolsets are a plus
