Position Overview

The Office Support Specialist will deliver essential administrative assistance to a designated individual, team, or department within GDKN Corp.


Key Responsibilities:


• Provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth operations.


• Facilitate communication by receiving and forwarding telephone messages from various sources.


• Accurately input routine data into established forms and templates, while managing the filing and archiving of both paper and electronic documents.


• Execute standard administrative tasks in accordance with established protocols.


• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.


• Address basic clerical and administrative inquiries under direct supervision, escalating more complex matters to appropriate personnel.


Minimum Qualifications:


• High school diploma or equivalent educational background.


• A minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience.


Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a manufacturing environment, familiarity with payroll systems, and knowledge of time and attendance systems (e.g., Kronos).


This role serves as a temporary replacement for an office administrator, focusing on essential tasks such as filing, data entry in Excel, and potentially payroll functions.
