We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at Castle Hospitality Group Ltd. o/a Ranchers Castle. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including complete meals and individual items, using a range of cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including the preparation and cooking areas, storage spaces, and equipment.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service delivery and to achieve our culinary goals.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality in all aspects of food preparation and presentation, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional dining experiences.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment with a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Personal Suitability: Strong client focus, dependability, and ability to work in a team environment.
