Position: Asphalt Screed Operator

We are currently looking for a seasonal, full-time Asphalt Screed Operator to join our team for the construction season.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate the screed on the paving machinery, ensuring accurate depth and width of asphalt application
  • Utilize shovels to place asphalt in hard-to-reach areas
  • Provide outstanding internal customer service
  • Comply with safety, regulatory, and environmental protocols
  • Uphold high standards of workmanship
  • Be available for overtime and adaptable to various weather conditions

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience as a paving screed operator
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Physically capable of performing tasks that involve bending, lifting, and kneeling

The ideal candidate will exhibit sound judgment, a strong safety mindset, and effective communication skills within a team setting.
