Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate the screed to set the depth and width of asphalt, adhering to strict specifications.
  • Shovel asphalt into holes and inaccessible areas to ensure a smooth finish.
  • Provide exceptional internal customer service, exceeding expectations in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Adhere to all safety, compliance, and environmental regulations, upholding company standards.
  • Perform related tasks as assigned, demonstrating a high degree of quality and attention to detail.
  • Work overtime, nights, and in all weather conditions as required throughout the paving season.

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of experience as a paving screed operator.
