Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at 10155729 MANITOBA INC. as a key member of our sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Financial Management: Authorize payments, manage budgets, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Scheduling and Organization: Establish work schedules, coordinate activities, and maintain inventory levels to meet business needs.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present sales reports, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, address supply shortages, and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet business needs.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
The Sales Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills. The role involves standing for extended periods, working under pressure, and maintaining a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
