Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at Your Choice Mobile Ltd. as a Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Direct and control daily store operations to ensure efficient and effective management of the store.
- Plan and organize daily store operations to meet sales and customer service goals.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise store staff and/or volunteers to ensure a high-performing team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting expectations.
- Store Supervision
- Supervise a team of 1 to 2 people to ensure smooth store operations.
- Customer Service
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all customers.
- Store Maintenance
- Ensure the store is maintained in a clean and organized manner.
- Transportation and Travel
- Public transportation is available for staff to use.
- Work Environment
- Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail required.
- Personal Qualities
- Be organized and a team player.
- Experience
- Have at least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Green Job
- This role involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes.
