Job Summary

Rose Building Maintenance Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, coordinating activities with other departments, and maintaining a high level of productivity and product quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless warehouse operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be carried out on computer equipment and machinery to minimize downtime.
  • Workforce Management: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work for a team of 3-4 people to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain optimal warehouse operations.
  • Logistics Planning: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize delays.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all products are stored and handled in a manner that maintains their quality and integrity.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with heavy loads and attention to detail required.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, organized, reliable, and a team player.
Working Conditions
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
