Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Rose Building Maintenance Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on warehouse performance and productivity.
  • Ensure the proper maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work for a team of 3-4 people.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize warehouse efficiency.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics to meet business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
  • Reliability, organization, and teamwork skills.
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
Work Environment:

The Warehouse Supervisor will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with a team of 3-4 people. The role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
