Job Summary

Rose Building Maintenance Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other departments, preparing and submitting reports, and ensuring the efficient use of computer equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the warehouse, including the coordination of activities with other departments and the preparation of reports.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure the accurate tracking and management of inventory, including the requisitioning and ordering of materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks and projects.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, and maintaining attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
