Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Analyst to join our team at Nexus Systems Group Inc. as a SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding Configuration Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for the configuration and implementation of the Recruiting and Onboarding modules in SuccessFactors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage configuration for several countries for this project, participating in and/or managing specific sections of large projects, and providing ongoing support to all assigned units worldwide.
  • Independently resolve complex, multi-faceted problems to meet the business needs of the Recruiting and Onboarding Lines of Business, by applying their financial and technological knowledge to the design of methodologies, models, and/or systems solutions.
  • Manage multiple small/medium projects and/or lead specific sections of large projects to implement solutions to business problems, planning and scheduling resources, developing detailed project plans, monitoring progress against planned objectives, financial review, and securing consensus and co-operation from users and senior management.
  • Participate in the systems implementation process by defining business requirements and processes, developing test strategies and test cases, performing testing, defining user procedures and workflows, developing conversion and implementation strategies, verifying conversion, providing user documentation, providing user training, and providing post-implementation support.
Requirements
  • Min 3 years combined SAP SuccessFactors experience with full implementation experience of the SF Recruiting and Onboarding 1.0 module.
  • Working knowledge of HR business process and Agile methodology.
  • Expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Creative, self-starting, results oriented and highly motivated individual with very good analytical skills in order to apply this knowledge to independently resolve complex business problems.
  • Proven interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills in order to build consensus and obtain cooperation from users and senior management.
Education and Certifications
  • A recognized undergraduate degree in information technology, business, economics, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Current SAP SuccessFactors Certifications in: Recruiting (Recruiting Experience & Candidate Experience) and Onboarding 1.0.
Language Skills

The incumbent must be fluent in English and Spanish. Able to communicate clearly in both languages.
