About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technology and Operations Executive to join the Manteo Group of Companies Ltd team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and implementation of our technology and operations initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement technology and operations strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to senior staff and middle managers to ensure effective execution of plans and policies.
  • Resource Allocation
    • Allocate resources, including personnel, budget, and technology, to support the implementation of organizational policies and programs.
  • Representation and Communication
    • Represent the company in negotiations and other official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners, to ensure alignment and understanding of company goals and objectives.
  • Performance Management
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to senior staff and middle managers to ensure they are meeting their goals and objectives.
  • Financial and Administrative Management
    • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls to ensure effective management of company resources.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or technology management.
    • 3-5 years of experience in a senior technology and operations role, preferably in a consulting firm or similar industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, including Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Work Environment
