Position Overview

The Chief Technology and Operations Officer will be responsible for overseeing the technological and operational strategies of Manteo Group of Companies Ltd. This role requires a visionary leader who can align technology initiatives with business objectives.

Qualifications
  • Education: Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in a managerial role.
Work Environment
  • Willingness to relocate as necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources effectively to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize the creation of major departments and appoint senior staff positions.
