Key Responsibilities:

  • As a vital member of the executive leadership team, the CTO will significantly influence the organization's future by providing technology direction.
  • Drive innovation in technology systems to enhance both customer and employee experiences.
  • Support the company's objectives for digital transformation.
  • Develop a comprehensive technology roadmap aimed at securing and sustaining a competitive edge in the industry.
  • Adopt a holistic and sustainable approach to all facets of the CTO role.

Team Leadership: The CTO will have direct oversight of the Director of IT and a dedicated team of five professionals.

Strategic Alignment: With the backing of the CEO and in partnership with other executive team members, the CTO will ensure that the IT function is in harmony with the strategic aims and objectives of the organization.
