We are seeking a dedicated Spa Pool Operator to enhance our guest experience.

Our Nordic Spa is designed to provide a personalized experience for each guest. As a Spa Pool Operator, your role is vital in ensuring that our guests enjoy a pristine and welcoming environment. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the facilities, including pools, saunas, steam rooms, and outdoor areas, while exceeding guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure a welcoming atmosphere by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the spa. Uphold safety protocols by keeping the pool deck clean and organized, managing furniture, towels, and other items. Follow established washing schedules and complete daily checklists efficiently. Conduct regular water quality tests and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal conditions. Monitor the functionality of the pool filtration system and address any issues promptly. Proactively manage minor maintenance tasks to prevent larger issues from arising. Document and report any maintenance concerns that require specialized attention. Maintain outdoor pathways and green spaces to ensure a pleasant environment for guests. Complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision, ensuring high-quality outcomes. Support the spa's mission of providing a peaceful experience for guests through effective communication and interaction. Foster a collaborative work environment that values community and inclusivity.

Qualifications & Experience:

Previous experience in spa or hotel maintenance is preferred Valid Certified Pool Operators (CPO) license Certification in WHMIS and First Aid (including CPR) Ability to handle pool chemicals safely and responsibly Strong judgment regarding safety and guest satisfaction Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new skills

Work Environment:

This role may require working extended hours and weekends during peak business periods. The position is set in a dynamic environment with frequent guest interaction, providing opportunities to work outdoors in a beautiful mountain setting.
