Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Pool Operator to join our team at Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for creating a relaxing and rejuvenating environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain the spa pools, saunas, and steam rooms to ensure a safe and clean environment for guests.
  • Conduct water quality tests and make adjustments as needed to maintain optimal water chemistry.
  • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the spa area is clean and well-maintained.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other spa team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in spa or hotel maintenance is preferred.
  • Current Certified Pool Operators (CPO) license is required.
  • WHMIS, First Aid (including CPR) certification is required.
  • Able to lift, move, and handle pool chemicals responsibly.
  • Good judgment around safety and guest experience.
