About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Spa Pool Operator to join our team at Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our Nordic Spa facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain the pools, saunas, steam rooms, and outdoor areas to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.
  • Conduct regular water tests and make adjustments as needed to maintain optimal water quality.
  • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks, including organizing pool decks, picking up debris, and completing washing schedules.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in spa or hotel maintenance, preferably with a Certified Pool Operators (CPO) license.
  • Strong knowledge of pool chemistry and maintenance procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high levels of guest interaction.
