About the Role

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for selling workforce housing, open lodges, offices, and modular buildings, storage containers, and accessories to a wide range of vertical markets, including construction, education, energy, healthcare, and automotive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct client meetings 3-4 days a week to identify sales opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, with an average deal size of $ rental), $50-200K (lease), and $250K-1 million (purchase).
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, including existing and new clients, to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, market conditions, and customer requirements to provide expert advice and guidance.

About You

We are looking for a sales professional with a strong track record of success in a similar role, who is self-directed, able to roll up their sleeves, and do everything necessary to drive business goals forward.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a similar industry or sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of self-motivation and proactivity.
  • Valid passport, driver's license, and car.
