Senior Manager, Auto Claims

As part of Sécurité Nationale Compagnie d'Assurance, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to oversee the activities of Team Managers of our Ontario Auto Centers. This role will lead, coach, and develop people managers and claims advisors to deliver on key performance metrics and personal development objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of Team Managers and claims advisors to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
- Manage and resolve complex claims and customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Proven experience in claims management, leadership, and team management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Knowledge of insurance industry regulations, laws, and best practices.
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
