Job Title: Claims Manager Auto

At Northbridge Financial Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Claims Manager to join our team. As a Claims Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of claims professionals and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of claims professionals to ensure that claims are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve claims handling processes and reduce claims costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that claims are handled in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide training and coaching to claims professionals to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to handle claims effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in claims leadership.
  • Post-secondary education in an insurance-focused program or related field.
  • Completed or working towards CIP designation.
  • Strong knowledge of principles and practices related to claims settlement, policy wordings, insurance contracts, fraud investigations, serious losses, and coverage questions.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
