As a Claims Manager Auto PD & Cargo, you will be part of a team that prides itself on having a sharp eye on detail while keeping the customer experience top of mind. Our insureds' interests are our top priority, and our goal is to provide the best service in the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with your team and achieve results
  • Advise others on effectively managing major commercial claims
  • Lead others, not just as a manager
Requirements
  • Post-Secondary Education in an Insurance focused program or related program
  • Completed or working towards their CIP designation
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the property and casualty industry
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of claims leadership experience
  • Completion or working towards CIP/FCIP designation is an asset
  • Strong knowledge of principles and practices related to claims settlement, policy wordings, insurance contracts, fraud investigations, serious losses, and coverage questions
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
