Clinical Leader, Project

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Leader, Project & Change Management to join our team at Fraser Health. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage complex projects and changes within our organization, ensuring successful outcomes and a positive impact on our patients and communities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic project and change management expertise to support the key strategic and operational priorities of the overall Redevelopment project.
- Act as a strategic project/change management leader for assigned site-wide projects, ensuring successful and coordinated completion of project components.
- Apply change management principles to develop engagement strategies and action plans to maximize sustained success beyond project completion.
- Collaborate with clinical and work stream leads to provide coordination and project management for clinical departments and project work streams within a strategic change/change management and cultural change context.
- Masters degree (or equivalent undergraduate degree plus related experience) in a clinical health science discipline, plus seven (7) years clinical project & change management planning experience in complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) and/or Change Management (PROCI) is a preferred asset.
