As a Senior Leader - Redevelopment Projects, you will play a key role in leading the planning, design, and execution of facilities for assigned service areas, working closely with internal and external groups. **Key Responsibilities** • Lead the planning, design, and execution of facilities for assigned service areas, working with both internal and external groups • Provide direction to the clinical team on operational requirements of user groups, researching benchmarks and best practices, and through operations analysis of service delivery • Work closely with the Clinical Operations team to facilitate clinical scope and practice change to ensure alignment of the clinical operations planning activities with the built environment • Develop and implement project goals and objectives for assigned project area, ensuring the delivery of effective and efficient services that support the goals and objectives of the project • Manage the design and procurement of project-related to new facilities and/or renovations, developing project budget estimates, procurement documentation, evaluation, and contract management for a variety of concurrent projects **Requirements** • Master's Degree in a relevant discipline such as Architecture, Business Administration, or Engineering • 10 years of experience in all phases of project planning and construction, inclusive of supervisory experience, in a large complex organization such as healthcare • Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be acceptable **Competencies** • Demonstrates the leadership practices of the Fraser Health Leadership Framework of Clear, Caring, and Courageous and creates the conditions for people to succeed • Broad knowledge of the planning and construction processes associated with facilities development • Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare and relevant government procedures, standards, and requirements • Advanced project management skills, including demonstrated effectiveness in planning and coordinating major projects from conceptual design through construction completion **About Fraser Health** Fraser Health is a leading healthcare organization that serves over two million people in Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley.
