About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Leader, Project & Change Management to join our team at Fraser Health Authority. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage complex projects and changes within our healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic project and change management expertise to support the key strategic and operational priorities of the overall Redevelopment project.
  • Assess the clinical requirements of user groups and develop engagement strategies to maximize sustained success beyond project completion.
  • Act as a strategic project/change management leader for assigned site-wide projects, ensuring successful and coordinated completion of project components.
  • Develop and implement effective processes to assess project risks and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
  • Provide leadership and HR operational management to assigned staff, including budget management for the department/area.
Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a Master's degree in a clinical health science discipline, plus seven years of clinical project & change management planning experience in complex, multi-disciplinary projects. Certification in Project Management (PMP) and/or Change Management (PROCI) is a preferred asset.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of strategic planning, program/service/department operational plans, and organizational change management methodologies. They will also have excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to motivate and influence leaders.
