About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Leader, Project & Change Management to join our team at Fraser Health. This is a key leadership role that will play a critical part in the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Project Planning

Develop and implement strategic project plans to support the key priorities of the organization. This will involve working closely with stakeholders to identify project goals, objectives, and timelines.

Change Management

Lead and manage change management initiatives to ensure a smooth transition to new processes, systems, and technologies. This will involve developing and implementing change management strategies, communicating with stakeholders, and monitoring progress.

Project Coordination

Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Team Leadership

Provide leadership and guidance to a team of project coordinators and change management specialists. This will involve developing and implementing training programs, providing coaching and mentoring, and evaluating team performance.

Stakeholder Engagement

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leaders, project sponsors, and team members. This will involve communicating project plans, progress, and outcomes, and ensuring that stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements
  • Education

Masters degree (or equivalent undergraduate degree plus related experience) in a clinical health science discipline.

Experience

Seven (7) years clinical project & change management planning experience in complex, multi-disciplinary projects involving a wide range of stakeholder/partner groups.

Certifications

Certification in Project Management (PMP) and/or Change Management (PROCI) is a preferred asset.
