Clinical Leader, Project Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Leader, Project & Change Management to join our team at Fraser Health. As a key member of our Redevelopment Team, you will play a critical role in facilitating operational priorities and providing strategic clinical project and change management leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic project and change management expertise to support the key strategic and operational priorities of the overall Redevelopment project.
- Assess clinical requirements of user groups by reviewing clinical benchmarks, research, and best practices to ensure identified needs are appropriate and integrated with clinical support services.
- Act as a strategic project/change management leader for assigned site-wide projects through planning, development, integration, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of various project phases.
- Apply change management principles to develop engagement strategies and action plans to maximize sustained success beyond project completion.
- Provide coordination and project management for clinical departments and project work streams within a strategic change/change management and cultural change context.
We are looking for a candidate with a Master's degree in a clinical health science discipline, plus seven years of clinical project and change management planning experience in complex, multi-disciplinary projects. Certification in Project Management (PMP) and/or Change Management (PROCI) is a preferred asset.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of strategic planning, program/service/department operational plans, goals, objectives, strategies, and priorities. They will also have a comprehensive knowledge of healthcare delivery systems, organizational change management methodologies, and project management principles.
