About the Director, Demand Generation RoleWe're seeking an exceptional Director, Demand Generation to join our team at Floatcard. As a key member of our growth marketing team, you'll be responsible for achieving rapid customer acquisition growth through digital marketing, SEO, and website optimization.
This role reports to our Growth Marketing Lead and works closely with our Product Marketing, Brand, Sales, and Customer Success teams. As the Director, Demand Generation at Floatcard, you'll be responsible for:
- Crafting full-funnel digital marketing strategies that leverage multiple channels, website conversion strategies, and seamless sales hand-offs to drive scalable pipeline and revenue.
- Ownning our end-to-end performance marketing, from strategy through to execution, staying on top of the newest trends, releases, and algorithm changes to generate the most pipeline from our ads budget.
- Ownning the technical marketing implementation, setting up the platforms, tools, and operational systems required to automate and scale our digital strategies.
- Executing innovative SEO strategies that reach the right targets, capture their interest, and contribute to Floatcard's overall pipeline and growth objectives.
- Developing an extensive test-and-learn roadmap by adapting strategies based on insights and industry trends. Measuring, analyzing, learning, and iterating on campaign tactics, using data to assess success metrics, goal attainment, ROI, and areas for improvement.
- Scaling successful strategies by building a cohesive team, testing and learning within current and new digital channels to demonstrate ROI, and rapidly scaling approaches as soon as they show positive indicators of success.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally with a bachelor's degree (though that's not required). You have previously been accountable to and successful in owning demand results, and can operate at both the strategy and execution level as needed.
- Experience owning and being accountable to full-funnel strategies. The marketing funnel is your best friend. You've led and executed strategies from demand creation through to demand capture that exceed pipeline targets.
- A motivated and curious mindset, with a passion for testing and learning. You don't have all the answers but you do know how to find them.
- An exceptional leadership ability, with experience managing people and building high-performing teams for maximum pipeline growth potential.
