Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Assign tasks to sales personnel and supervise their activities to ensure optimal performance.
- Financial Oversight: Authorize payments and manage cash flow, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
- Inventory Control: Organize and maintain stock levels, placing orders as necessary and authorizing returns.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, inventory status, and personnel matters.
- Customer Relations: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise, including complaints and supply shortages.
- Scheduling: Establish work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and productivity.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role.
The position requires the ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail. The role involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Personal Attributes- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Organized and reliable, with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively within a team.
