Sales Team Lead

Caledonia Clover Farm is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales workers and overseeing the sales process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Assign sales workers to duties, establish work schedules, and supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers.
- Sales Operations: Authorize payments by cheque, order merchandise, and authorize return of merchandise.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, and oversee payroll administration.
- Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask, and initiative.
