Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at A&W. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Co-ordinate Staff: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining the high standards of quality and customer service that our customers expect.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring that our customers leave our restaurant satisfied.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights into our operations and helping us to make informed business decisions.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Work Setting: This role is based in a fast-paced restaurant environment, requiring the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical Capabilities: The role requires a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods, as well as bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication skills, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and the ability to work as part of a team are essential for this role.
