Job Title: Sales Supervisor

Caledonia Clover Farm is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and overseeing the sales floor operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure effective sales floor coverage.
  • Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash handling procedures.
  • Exhibit designers plan and develop permanent and temporary or moveable exhibits and displays for museum exhibitions, trade shows, conventions, retail spaces and other exhibitions.
  • Order merchandise and manage inventory levels.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, including training and development.
  • Manage payroll administration and oversee payroll processes.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Efficient and organized with a strong work ethic.
  • Reliability and a team player attitude.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Initiative and ability to take ownership of tasks and projects.
Work Environment:
  • 35 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
  • English is the primary language of communication.
