Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales workers, assign tasks, and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Sales Operations: Manage sales volumes, merchandising, and inventory levels, ensuring that sales goals are met and exceeded.
  • Cash Handling: Authorize payments, manage cash, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, provide excellent oral and written communication, and ensure a welcoming work environment for customers.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensure accurate stock levels, and prevent stockouts.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights for business growth and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and strong interpersonal skills.
