About the Role

PBS Systems is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Accounting Software Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our Dealer Training Optimization (DTO) team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support and training to our customers on our Dealer Management Software (DMS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and develop an in-depth understanding of our PBS software and its various modules, including accounting and data entry.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions to customers, both virtually and in-person, to ensure seamless adoption and utilization of our software.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify their specific needs and provide tailored support to address any challenges or concerns.
  • Work closely with our implementation team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with software updates and new features, and effectively communicate these changes to customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, responding to both internal and external training requests in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Fluent in both French and English (speaking, reading, writing)
  • Experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably in the automotive industry or a dealership environment.
  • 1-2 years' previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Computer proficiency with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization abilities.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 2 weeks per month.
