JOB SUMMARY

The Compensation and Benefits Analyst plays a vital role within a global human resources team, providing essential support for the company's compensation and benefits programs. This includes ensuring data integrity in Success Factors, managing data feeds, vendor fees, billing, system validation, and conducting data analysis and reporting. The analyst will maintain up-to-date databases, including Market Pay for compensation surveys and JDX for job descriptions. Additionally, the analyst will collaborate with the benefits administrator to handle daily activities in their absence and focus on process enhancements while updating documentation as necessary.

JOB FUNCTIONS


• Conduct market research and analysis to benchmark compensation practices and evaluate job descriptions and salary structures.


• Maintain the job description database in JDX.


• Assist in the submission of compensation surveys and maintain survey data in Market Pay.


• Provide daily support to ensure data integrity in Success Factors and other required systems.


• Aid in updating and publishing plan documents in Service Now.


• Process invoices related to compensation and benefits programs, ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments.


• Assist in the implementation of new benefits programs and administrative processes.


• Support various compensation and benefits-related projects to align with Total Rewards functions and business objectives.


• Collaborate with and provide backup to other members of the Total Rewards team as needed.

REQUIREMENTS


• A university degree with a major in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.


• Experience handling confidential information.


• A minimum of 3 years of combined experience in compensation, pension, disability, and benefits administration.


• Progress towards a compensation or benefits designation or equivalent is preferred.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.


• Strong verbal and written communication skills.


• Prior experience with SuccessFactors is advantageous.


• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.


• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including intermediate skills in Excel and Word, and basic skills in PowerPoint.


• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy while meeting deadlines.
