Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for promoting and implementing our company's total rewards offerings, conducting research on industry trends, and providing administrative support to the HR team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote and enhance our company's total rewards program, including salary, benefits, and recognition programs.
  • Conduct thorough research on total rewards trends and best practices, and provide recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement annual salary reviews and bonus payout processes.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, record-keeping, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits, preferably in a human resources or recruitment role.
  • Strong knowledge of total rewards trends and best practices, including salary, benefits, and recognition programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management, HR staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in office applications, including Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
