Job Title: Total Rewards Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing total rewards programs that drive employee engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement total rewards strategies that align with business objectives
  • Conduct research on total rewards trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver total rewards programs
  • Provide expert advice on compensation and benefits to employees and management
  • Manage and maintain HRIS systems and data
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in human resources, compensation, and benefits
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful total rewards programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis
