Sales Compensation Analyst

At Grand & Toy, we're seeking a highly skilled Sales Compensation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you'll play a critical role in developing, implementing, and managing our sales compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement sales compensation plans that align with business objectives and drive sales performance.
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, quota targets, and incentive compensation plans.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of compensation programs.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support sales leadership decision-making.
- 3+ years of experience in sales compensation, forecasting, and analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent MS Excel skills, with experience in data modeling, forecasting, and analytics.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand sales performance metrics and compensation plan design.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and IT.
