Sales Compensation Analyst

At Grand & Toy, we're seeking a highly skilled Sales Compensation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you'll play a critical role in developing, implementing, and maintaining our sales compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement sales compensation plans that drive business results and align with company goals
- Develop and maintain complex sales forecasting models to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive sales growth
- Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- 3+ years of experience in sales compensation, sales forecasting, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other business tools, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales operations and compensation strategies
