Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and effective Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at BC Ltd. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff
  • Assign sales workers to duties and tasks
  • Hire and train new staff members
  • Manage inventory and maintain a well-organized store environment
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
