Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Service Director to join our team at Pan Am Clinic. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision and guidance to our Speech-Language Pathologists and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Guide a team of Speech-Language Pathologists and other healthcare professionals in the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and Implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Provide Leadership and guidance to the team on clinical matters, including patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Contribute to Quality Improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university.
  • Registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Manitoba (CASLPM).
  • Minimum of 3 Years of recent, relevant experience in a large complex environment.
  • Proven Leadership and supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous Supervisory Experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Training in Human Resource and Fiscal Management.
  • Membership in professional organizations such as Speech-Language and Audiology Canada (SAC) and the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA).
