Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Winnipeg School Division. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will work collaboratively with school and program-based teams to support and promote student learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide assessment, programming, and therapeutic interventions to students with a wide range of communication disorders.
  • Work within a 3-tiered service delivery model to support students with complex communication needs and those requiring Augmentative and Alternative communication (AAC).
  • Collaborate with school personnel and parents to develop and implement individualized plans to support student learning.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in speech-language pathology and participate in ongoing professional development.
Requirements:
  • Registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Manitoba (CASLPM).
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current School Clinician Certificate (Speech-Language Pathology) or eligibility for a Term position.
  • Strong technology skills and ability to complete online recording and reporting requirements.
  • Vehicle required for travel to schools.
