Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Library Technical Analyst to deploy new equipment and software.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of faculty and staff computers and peripherals.
  • Track updates and equipment, and maintain accurate records in a centralized source.
  • Provide technical support for faculty and staff, including hardware and software issues.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical support, with a strong understanding of PC hardware and software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn new software and hardware configurations.
