About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team at SW Kang Medicine Professional Corporation. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our medical team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our medical team, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date files.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter and maintain patient data, including medical histories, test results, and treatment plans.
  • Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Windows, and MS Outlook.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a medical administrative role.
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, and reliable.
