Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow our commercial insurance business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored insurance solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and partnerships
- Manage and convert leads, working closely with our industry partners to deliver the best insurance solutions for our clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring our clients receive the most effective insurance solutions
- Collaborate with our team to achieve business objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive success
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in commercial insurance, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, with a focus on customer service and satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and industry partners
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
